Payment of Adventurelust Trip Planning or Meet-Up confirms that you consent to the Terms & Conditions as described below.

GENERAL

Insurance

It is up to each traveller to purchase travel insurance. I recommend Nomad Insurance by Safetywing, you can use my link! Those choosing not to purchase insurance do so at their own risk.

Cancellation insurance is outlined by the vendor/supplier of each meet-up.

Travel documents, visas, vaccinations

It is the responsibility of each traveller to ensure that passports, visas, and any health requirements for the trip are in order. Adventurelust may offer advice on these matters, but it is recommended the traveller consults resources and professionals in each space for their own travel requirements. Advenutrelust may not be held liable for any failure on the part of a traveller to be in possession of the correct travel documentation.

Unforeseen Circumstances & Trip Satisfaction

I will do my very best to help with challenging or discouraging situations but am not responsible for unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the trip. We’ll get through it — remember a part of travel is going with the flow and growing in the process, it’s all part of the adventure!

EPIC ADVENTURE MEET-UPS

Adventurelust meet-ups are a chance to meet with likeminded adventurers and experience an incredible trip. I will attend the trip as an experienced traveller, a passionate adventurer, and ideally, your new friend!

Room Sharing

Solo travellers are welcome on our Adventurelust meet-ups! The best part of travelling solo is the friends you meet along the way, so you will likely be paired up with other travellers in your room. We’ll try to book you with another single traveller of the same sex.

If you wish to book your own room, we will do our best to accommodate and a single supplement will be charged. Prices vary per tour and are available upon request.

Reservation & Payment

Your spot on the tour is secured as soon as your initial payment has been received.

Payment method varies per tour and is typically via bank transfer, Stripe, or PayPal. Adventurelust is not responsible for paying any added banking fees.

Due to fluctuations in exchange rates, supplier rates, tour guest numbers, and tour operator costs, final costs may vary closer to the end.

TRIP PLANNING & ON-CALL TRAVEL BUDDY

This service uses my experience, on-the-ground contacts, and resources as a traveller to provide recommendations and advice to curate the best trip for your travel style and trip goals. The Adventurelust fee will go towards my time in creating you a custom itinerary and being available as an on-call travel buddy where I will share my advice and recommendations with you. This will take the guesswork out of planning your trip, provide comfort from someone who knows the area and has travelled extensively and will set the course for you to have as amazing of an experience as I did.

Payment

Adventurelust fee amount will vary based on trip and client’s needs, but is typically around 10% of your trip budget.

70% of the down payment is required to confirm the trip and kick off the planning stages, and the remaining 30% of the Adventurelust fee is due once all major aspects of the trip (flight, accommodation) are booked. I will of course still be available for further questions during your trip!

Unforeseen circumstances

I do my best to provide advice and recommendations to set you up with the best trip possible based on my experience, contacts, and travel style. However, everyone has their own travel style and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and Adventurelust will not be held liable for any issues that may occur while travelling.

Booking

Adventurelust provides recommendations, links, and bookings where possible, but does not book the entire trip for you. Any final booking must be double-checked by yourself and will be done at your own discretion.
